The Contract Administrator is the person in charge of administering the Construction Contract. An impartial role, this starts with preparation of the Contract Documents and continues on-site with activity monitoring to ensure that the project is delivered exactly as intended. Responsibilities include:

• Checking approvals and insurances are in place

• Chairing construction phase meetings
